Episode 169 - Scarecrows

These photos were taken during our recent visit to the KFBG. The boys were happy to see these beautiful and well dressed scarecrows.

These scarecrows were set up more for educational purpose than to frighten birds away.

I know they were set up as educational purpose but I wonder do they really work in scaring the birds away from your garden. I know I am going to try it this summer and see. Hope it works!

I believe that they should work but would like to hear from you on this.

Hi John,

Yeah for sure, I'll let you know this summer. Hopefully those black birds will leave my strawberries and corn alone this summer. I plan on having a really nice garden with a great yield this summer.

I'll definitely come back to let you know if it works. I've seen many on the market but I will see if making a scarecrow will work.

Wish me luck!

Sincerely,
